Learn About
The Hospice Hub
The Hospice Hub was federally incorporated as a not-for profit organization in March 2023. It became a registered charity in April 2025. THH is a community-led initiative that provides comprehensive, compassionate, and integrated services to support anyone at end of life and bereavement, including their family and caregivers wherever they call home.
The Hospice Hub provides a range of programs and services, including Hospice Visiting, Day Program, Grief and Bereavement Support, Advance Care Planning, Practical Caregiver Training, and Volunteer Services. Our talented staff and volunteers are at the heart of delivering our programs by providing, for example companionship to our clients, respite to caregivers, bereavement support groups, and fundraising and administrative support. Our services are provided free of charge to clients and their families.
We aim to open a community hospice residence in the Perth and Smiths Falls region to provide a welcoming, peaceful, and home-like environment. We are exploring opportunities to initiate a feasibility study on the development of a hospice residence in collaboration with the community. Community awareness and fundraising play a crucial role in supporting the hospice operations.
