The Hospice Hub warmly invites you to An Afternoon of Remembrance, a non-denominational gathering offering a gentle space to honour and remember the people who have touched our lives and left footprints in our hearts.
This is an opportunity to come together with others who understand the importance of remembering our loved ones, to share in quiet reflection, and to find comfort in community during this special time of year.
