This special event also features a Legacy Walk, offering a heartfelt opportunity to walk in honour, celebration, and recognition of a loved one. Whether you are remembering someone special or showing support for families currently walking a hospice journey, every step carries meaning.
Lace up your shoes, gather your team, and hike or donate to help fund our growing programs that provide comfort and care when it matters most. Your support helps deliver Day Hospice, Home Support, Grief & Bereavement Services, Practical Caregiver Training, Advance Care Planning, and so much more.
